Unreasonable and rude

My daughter won a competition through Bobtail , which was handled by Habari media, it was a day's outing for 4 people, she contacted HABARI on the 20 th Dec to arrange to go to Gold reef City on the 2 January 2016 , she was promised the email within 2 days , when it did not arrive we tried unsuccessfully<br> To contact Fatiema Abrahams at HABARI and finally had to get the assistance of Amanda Dembkey who is in no way involved with this , however she endeavoured to help and we received an email 2 days ago confirming the outing .Off my daughter went this morning with her 3 friends, before varsity starts and they all go back to different provinces , what a flop threy arrived at 10 and were told that the theme park had not received proof of payment from HABARI , finally at 11.45 they climbed into the car and came home as the day had really been spoilt even if they paid the queues<br> for the rides were far tool long! Please see my next report regarding the attitude and blatant rudeness of the manager on duty of Gold feel theme park when I phoned her after my daughter had contacted me at 10.15 , what a disappointment a perhaps a reality of where South Africa is heading , incompetence !
