Photos still not received

I bought groupon voucher of a family photoshoot, I wanted a studio photoshoot as it was advertised on groupon. But when i made a booking i was told its an outdoor only. Ok we went for a photoshoot on the 23rd September . I was promised the pics in 3 weeks which is 9 October. <br> Please note that im still waiting for those pics, its the 16th November. She has not returned my calls and messages. This is a very bad service. If Anje cant give me the pictures i have paid for, then i need a refund, as simple as that.
