Complaint

On 2020 February,I purchased a house in Siyathemba Balfour mpumalanga.The law firm who assist the family,was Haarhoff Fourie & partner INC in Balfour mpumalanga.the lawyer is Venter.I paid full amount for the house,but even today.The was still occupied by the owner's daughter.I asked the lawyer why the owner's daughter still occupied the house.and why took longer to chance title deed.no answer.
