Stinking service from entire staff

So today girlfriend and l went into the Rosebank branch for dessert and we spoke to a girl by the name of Thabi and we requested for a table upstairs and she said its for take always because those tables are never attended to. We then requested for a table downstairs and she told us to wait, we stood there for ten minutes while she disappeared to Lord knows none of the staff members helped us we stood there like idiots and our waitress was gone and the table that she said she was getting us she had given the extra chairs to other people. How does that happen if they didn't want our service they should have told us to pave th shop than stand there looking like idiots and feeling insignificant when all we wanted was just dessert!
