Leaving client on the phone for 10 Minutes

I called the Haagen Dazs store while in the mall of Sandton City. Asked if they could deliver in the store I'm in. The man who answered the phone asked to wait. Left me on the line longer than 10 minutes. I could he him taking another persons order and making me wait on the line. <br> This is shocking treatment to clients. This is not the first time this has happened when i have called the store.
