Excellent service and pleasant

I was very impressed with the HaagenDazs Ice-Cream store in Rosebank. I took my family and we decided to enjoy the offering at the store. What a pleasant surprise when the staff offered us to taste the flavours before deciding. Then after the family received their Ice-Cream I went to Ezra to make a payment and so helpful and happy person. With me talking and probably distracting him he mistakenly added a fe extra rands on the machine. I only noticed after I entered the pin and the transaction was completed. Ezra promptly apologised and offered to compensate me with another scoop of my choice and a refund. I accepted the scoop and requested Ezra to keep the extra amount as a tip for the staff. I am definitely going back to the store and will be recommending to all.<br> <br> Best Ice-Cream as well I have tasted and keep up the good work.
