Telling lies to customers

I have book for an event on the 5th October at Ha2khutha boutique hotel, I paid 10800 for 60 people to be catered for food and a standard decor, which I said to them from them I will only need chairs and tables, the rest of the decor I did pay someone to come and do the decor, later I went ther only to find out there dont have the chairs wich they promise to give me, I hire a bakkie wich I pay the money wich I I did plan for to go and collect chairs wich I hire from someone, they didn't even bother even the owner of the hotel we did send a watsup wich he did read our complaint and just choose to ignore us,on the day of baby shower the lady wich hire came and do the deco,on the 6th I was suprise to see my photos on their page where else they knew that they did disappoint me and never take my complain seriously, I call them to ask them to remove my pictures for deco on their page they refuse ,they start to ignore my calls, I want them to remove my photos on their Facebook page please because there ar misleading people by giving them false information, I know there ar going to use my photos to rob people as they rob me with someone photos for decor, at ha2khutha boutique hotel they dont care about their customers I nearly ,I was also surprised I paid for 60people but the meat was not enough and dumbling for everyone and shortages of cutlery my visitors where told to use cutlery for the lady who do a decor mind you it's a hotel ,I was so disappointed
