In November 2017, we send our boat in for repaint and upholstery with 75% deposit of the total amount upfront. With email proof the owner said to us it will be done in 4 weeks from date of receiving. The boat was already re-spayed two weeks into the job.

Today is the 5th of December 2019 (more than 2 years later) we still didn't receive the boat. During this 24/25 months he also damaged the engine of the boat as it was in 100% working condition, he damaged the engine by keeping it outside in the rain without covers. All he is doing is buying time, When you try phoning the owner, he simply ignores the calls and never comes back to you. He promises every time the boat will be ready, but nothing.

He will change address of the business and numbers and not inform you at all.

This is beyond anything.

We have been lenient with him for two years, listening to all his falls promises.
