Terrible Service

Bought 2x 20l bottles for my water dispenser but when I go to get refilled they never have stock. Asked if I could return the containers for the R200 they charged me for the empty ones and they say no. I ask what is the solution then if you cant offer a reliable service to refill them what must I do. The manager lady at Canal Walk said to phone and they do free delivery in Cape Town central. I phone and they say they don't do deliveries anymore, even though they are telling people in the stores they do. I persuade the lady to organize it and she says if I pay more for delivery then she can put me on a waiting list for over a weeks time. Really bad service from a supposedly big company, don't blame it on the water crisis as you are not using rain water, just really bad customer service and experience. Will not be using them for home or business again. Beware if you buy the bottles as if you wont be able to refill them due to anti tamper lid.
