Not filling walk in water bottles for dispensers

Unbelievable! Bought a water disperser and 2 x 20 litre bottles for dispenser. Suddenly “head office” no longer allows filling of water bottles in the stores - delivery only. So I stand there in the store looking how they are filling bottles with water in front of me, but mine can not be filled...

Apparently it is to “prevent people from collecting water to store at home”.

I am not at home during the day and work in 3 different areas approximately 26 km away from my home - so how os delivery going to work? And must I share my new 20 litre bottles with a pool of old bottles?!

Take my picture or my id if you think I am hoarding water - but seriously this arrangement has not been thought through.

Luckily I have found a different opposition company that gladly fills my tank and believe me... I will spread the word!
