H2O International pathetic (no) after sales service

Shocking "don't give a ...." attitude from the Franchisee and Franchisor, I have waited since November 2019 for the Klerksdorp Franchisee to sort out my domestic water purification system that they installed, the employee hasn't a clue and the owner doesn't care. Asked for help from the "Head Office" in Cape Town, empty verbal messages were given, obviously do not care. But all is not lost, I found somebody local who sorted it in half an hour. To everybody out there, if you want even a minimal after-sales service go somewhere else!
