Bad Servide

I am really disappointed in the service we received from the shop in December. I walked in a shop wanting to buy a water dispenser however you were out of stock which I understood. Now the problem is the guy who assisted me with to place the order assured me that if we place an order by the shop you guys will order the dispenser and myself or my brother will come pick up the dispenser. It is been over a month and a half now waiting for the dispenser which we were told it will take only four working days for the package to be delivered to H2O in Harrismith. Please note the dispenser I wanted was for my mother's birthday as a present yet it is almost two month with poor service. We left all our details at the store to contact either myself or my brother to be contacted the moment the package has arrived. This was on the 31st December 2015 when we were in the shop at Harrismith H2O. No one has contact us to either let us know what the hiccup is on your side or anything! The birthday was on the 1st of Jan which we were okay receiving the package later in the month, specifically four days from the day we ordered. We even wanted to leave a deposit but the person who assisted us said no.
