bad service

<p>I bought a water filter for my espresso machine for the coffee shop. Long story short. The wrong filter was given, my machine clogged twice. Bought another filter at someone els. Struggled for 3 weeks to get a refund. The owner does not answer or reply he is always on leave. This is bad service and incompatance.</p>
