I would like to warn Capetonians about Brackenfell based, H20 Pool Installations and Renovations and its owner, Stewart Woodley. Per his terms, my mom paid him 80% deposit for a pool cover as she is ill and unable to catch leaves falling into her pool every day- and was never ever delivered. He strung us along with lie after lie after lie and excuse after excuse as to why he can’t deliver with no communication or a revised timeline. We then requested a refund of our 80% deposit.- well within our right as per the CPA in South Africa. Eventually after a million mails from us to him, he acknowledges that he would like to refund us but he doesn’t have money. My mother is a recently widowed pensioner fighting her own battle with cancer. I really wanted to believe that this business was more than just a “con” operation, however everyday I’m more convinced that Stewart Woodley and his business H20 Pool installations and Renovations is a ****mer, only out to look for his next victim. Please stay far away.
