WARNING WARNING!!!

What a horrible experience with this dealership, a bunch of unprofessional people, *****, no customer care. There's a foreign guy called Jacob he is a *******. Bought a Polo Vivo, agreed with Lufuno (salesman) on R138 000 price plus R4 500 for registration/ownership so I paid R142 500 to them, next day the day of vehicle delivery this guy Jacob sadly said to me unfortunately we can't deliver the vehicle to you now, I was under charged I must make it R150 000 for the vehicle or pay R5 000 more on top of the R142 500 I paid already or leave the registration papers with them we make an arrangement on how I pay thee R5 000 later then they will courier the papers to me later, I refused and I was furious told him that was not the agreement, we agreed on R138k vehicle price with Lufuno (salesman)... Geeez I had to fight to get the vehicle and the registration papers. They are trouble salesman, office lady, a bunch of unprofessional people not trustworthy, selfish... they ended up delivering me a dirty vehicle, no fuel, no registration or change of ownership was done they swallowed my R4 500 I paid for registration.
