very bad service i received at H2 AUTO DEALER IN JOHANNESBURG-MABONENG

<p>I have bought chevrolet cruze 2014 car on 15 June 2017 , on day of collection i was told car doesnt have service history book , but was promised by manager they will obtain service history from manufacturer , as car was serviced and recorded on system , i waited no one attended my quiery untill i decided to contact one of GM group to give service history of car </p> <p>i received report that car was due for service at 75,000km and i bought it at 79,900, i contacted dealer i told them iam sending car for service as it already gave signs for service he agreed</p> <p> </p> <p>after GM gave service qoute of R3500.00 i told him and i paid my money with arrangement that dealer need to refund me hence they were supposed to send car for service before selling it but i have been fighting this battle with no help everytime i call its a different story , </p> <p> </p> <p>stories like management need to meet and discuss the refund</p> <p>meeting was postposed</p> <p>now manger was telling ,me he was on leave , there is no feedback he can give me </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i need my mone that i used for servicing the car please help me</p>
