on 12/02/2022 I purchased a Vehicle Gold Citi used for R70 000.00 this included the Admin fee however at first the car was priced at R68 000.00 after negotiation and we were later told we have to pay a separate fee which is an admin fee which we did after a bit of convincing. We were not told to do an immediate after payment, Thereafter they refused to give us the car telling us that cause we did not do an immediate payment funds are not reflecting and these opened them up to *****, we gave them the Bank statement reflecting funds have left the account also We called my Bank Capital and they gave a confirmation that payment was made. Though the owner was not convinced we agreed that he can keep the registration documents and once the funds reflect on 15/02/2022 as per the bank confirmation we will come collect the registration documents, we agreed to keep the purchase agreements while we will return for documents. I therefore contacted them on 15/02/2022 to see if the Funds have reflected, they confirmed they received the funds however they owner decided that he under charged us for the car and in order to receive the registration documents we have to pay an extra R5 000.00 or return the car. We tried to reach an agreement but they told us we cannot do anything or else they will report the car as ****** and I will be arrested. on 16/02/2022 I physically went back to the dealership and was chased away and told to bring the car back and also I will not get my full refund as they will be deduction even after returning the car should I choose that option or pay an extra R5 000.00.
