Breach of Contract

On the 17th I went to H2auto to look for a car,and I met Glen( Andani) . I negotiated the price with him and I told him that I do have the deposit and he agreed that he will drop the price. To my surprise on Tuesday when I ask him to send me the proof of the purchase price(that we agreed on) that is different from what we agreed on. I decided to leave it and look for another car at the other dealerships then he phoned me again and said I must leave the car that I was about to purchase from the other dealership and come buy his. After I filled in the application form with him(Glen) and sending all the supporting docs then he responded that "Unfortunately" they can't give me the car with the price that we agreed on.

This is so disappointing and it shows very well that they are not people whom you can do business with because it looks like they charging people according to their salaries..I mean why change the price after seeing the applicant's payslips and statements.
