worst debt collectors ever

I have had the worst experience with Wilcox and Associates debt collectors, I received a call a while ago from one of their agents who had a terrible attitude maybe they are not aware that we have rights as well and they signed a code of conduct. The lady called me asked me why I did not pay my debt and I explained to her but no she kept on pushing and pushing even going as far as saying I work for a debt collection company yet I cant pay my debts, im such a disgrace blar blar blar, after hurling insults then she asks when will I make payment so I told her at the end of the month then she says I get paid on the 27th so why would i make payments month end I am telling lies. I got really ****ed off and I was not aware of my rights at that time and I told myself that until they know how to speak to people then we can make a positive arrangement. lately they dont call me on my cellphone, they call on my work landline threatening me about summons and legal action and how they will come to my boss and tell him that I do not pay my debts.After I have asked them numerous times to contact me on my personal phone during my lunch time but no they want to do their own thing and call my place of work. I spoke to the agent yesterday and he wanted a debit order arrangement and said he would come to my work and i said we can make another arrangement over the phone but I cant do a debit order. This morning he came to my workplace and spoke to the receptionist and asked her to call me and tell me that he is waiting for me, i was rushing off to a meeting so he left a message with the receptionist that he is from Wilcox and she must tell me exactly what he is saying, and because I said he must not come and embarrass me at my place of work, so he is going to do that, " he said that he will come back at 8 am tomorrow, he will chat to the company boss (the company CEO) and that he is on his way to court. What happened to my right to confidentiality, the right not to be harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or threatened, even worse doing all of this in my workplace. I am going to report them to the Council for debt Collectors and I am glad calls are recorded.
