*********** agents at Wilcox and Associates

Probably the most *********** and rude consultant/ agent that I have ever had to talk to. Besides the fact that this lady refused to acknowledge what I was educating her about in terms of my rights as a consumer, she deliberately disregards everything that I was telling her about an account that I do not have before she raised her voice at me telling me that if I do not want to pay my account (that I do not have) I should just leave it then hung up on me. What these attorney/ legal associates tend to forget is that we live in a new world where we know what our rights are and what their duty as people collecting on behalf of credit providers is. I DO NOT HAVE UNPAID DEBT. Should I receive another SMS or call from Wilcox and Associates demanding payment for an account that they cannot provide information for, I will take the matter further.
