H.N Hotel Stays - Airbnb

On Airbnb, There is a company H.N hotel stays where once you make a reservation they ask you to pay a refundable Deposit. It has been 3 weeks since I have checked out of the Airbnb and I have still not received my deposit. Do not book with this company.
