False advertising

The host changed the place that i booked on airbnb, it didn’t have most of the amenities listed on. They planted a sound monitoring device in the apartment the their house rules and i quote “aproperty is .returned .undamaged .beyond normal .wear and .tear, no .fines received, and no .violations of .any house rules or any terms” Now when it’s time to return my security deposit they claim i made noise which is absolutely absurd. Please be warned this place or the host is a con artist
