AirBnB host ****

They are listed witb AirBnB, first I enqired abour the deposit they told me they are waiting for 14 days which was stipulated fine. I wait and 14 days pass and they are now coming with lame excuses why they can't refund me worse is AirBnB is not intervening in this matter and this host is clearly running a **** on the guest.
