H&H motor spares terrible service

i bought a car battery with a value of R517, after a week the battery was dead. I contacted the company regards replace or repair or refund. i was told by company consultant that they don't have guarantee for electrical products, so they can't help me. When i bought the battery, i was not informed about the guarantee measures. The response was more like don't care and not willing to help you. Just imagine loosing R517 just like that.
