Plumbing down the drain...

The owner confirmed with me that he could help us with our plumbing problem. What we got was a complete disaster. We called in the services of a professional plumber and he was shocked to see what they did. All they needed to do was connect a new pipe to the geyser and put new piping outside the wall and connect it to the two bathrooms. They did a terrible job. The pipes are skew, pipes going to the basin are dangling in mid air not even secured to the wall. Our outside wall is a mess, with three gaping holes. They did not clean up after themselves. We asked for our money back, they can come and collect their stock, but the owner refused. Please do not use these people, you will regret it. We lost our R4000 deposit. These guys cannot do plumbing!!
