Incomplete/shoddy delivery of project undertaken

1. 60% of alterations paid upfront - Job incomplete and Herman Folscher does not respond to messages<br> 2. Project manager/owner(Herman Folscher) never checked on work done by contractors. - Tiling was to be completed on the Monday - Herman asked for complete payment of tiling to pay worker. He never paid the tiler and I had to pay the tiler to come in to complete section of tiling. <br> 3. Building rubble not collected - I had to pay an external contractor to remove rubble.<br> 4. Removal of old insulation, cleaning and replacement of new insulation in ceiling. Assured me job complete and I paid in full - found a whole section where the old insulation was still in place. <br> 5. On the times that I did get hold of Herman Folscher on the telephone he was abusive and very rude. He blamed his not being on site on material not being here. The only delay was the tiles and during this time I was looking at getting the ceiling redone and he then quoted me and took on the job during this period - I paid him R11,254 - accepting that he had checked. This was in the beginning of the project. The new toilet cracked while his worker was fitting. He said the toilet was faulty. <br>
