Withholding Dekra Papers

We bought a car (Honda Civic) in 2024 at Lindo Park Gys Pitzer, we have requested a Dekra report to see all the faults on the car but was informed that the car was sold Voetstoots and they cannot assist with a Dekra report stating faults, saying there is one but they are refusing to send one through, though they are sitting with the papers infront of them still stating we must wait until next week. According to our knowledge Car Dealerships may not sell vehicles Voetstoots anymore but apparentley Lindo Park did. Totally Disgusted.
