Poor Service - changed to Satisfactory Service by Owner

Dear Reader I have experienced a serious issue with my Toyota Prado that I purchased at Gys Pitzer Motors. After several complaints the owner - Gys Pitzer got involved personally and addressed the matter in a professional and satisfactory manner. I can now close this subject due to an mutual agreement.
