Poor service

I will never recommend gys pitzer silverlakes to anyone, I am currently still waiting for a manager to contact me since monday. On purchasing the car the service was great, now that they have to fix problems on the car, it seems like they are doing me a favour. Smash and grab done twice, and still bubbles on the window. Console to be replaced, actually only the lid of the ashtray, takes two days. So I currently have to make use of another car from them, which i have to take responsibility for. I will defnitely observe on my tracker where my car is being driven during these two days. I only gave permission for my car to be driven to gys pitzer silverlakes.
