POOR BUSINESS STANDARDS

I app**** for finance at Gys Pitzer Motors Stormvoel Saturday 15/05/2021. After getting pre-approved the salesman requested that I send the rest of my docs, which I did early Monday morning 17/05/2021. After some time the salesman sent me a message stating that they received the final approval and all is good, but unfortunately they have sold the vehicle to someone else in the meantime. All this happened after they knew I was interested in the vehicle and got my app in. The reason they stick to for doing this is because, and I quote from the managers words "In this trade it is difficult and I cannot wait until you sell your current vehicle, also it was a business decision because we have end of May coming up and also we have no commitment from you". This after I suggested I pay a holding deposit, also requesting to give me just 2 or 3 days, and also after my approval has been sent in and they just refuse to accommodate me in any way except for me taking another vehicle. I would not recommend using them, the standards of doing business in this manner is not what you would expect from such a big and well known business and the manager just blatantly refuses to help you with the current situation, and suggests you take n new vehicle or they will look for another vehicle for you.
