Never buy a car from them!

I bought a VW Kombi in January from the Lindo Park branch. The car broke down 6 times and after heavy fighting, going to the ombudsman and contacting Wesbank they agreed to trade the car for another one. I traded the Kombi for a Q7 in July and after 6 weeks the car started to smoke. I took it to Audi who quoted me R43000 to fix the exhaust manifold. Gys refused to pay the money and insisted to take the car to a small "backyard mechanic" who specializes in Ford/Mazda. the car was fixed and a few weeks later the same problem arose to which he still refused to fix it at Audi. Lawyers got involved and they bought the car back from me after loads of screaming and insults from their side. Gys himself screamed at me and my husband. While all this was going on I also found people I know who bought faulty vehicles from him. There is a reason his vehicles are priced better than other dealerships. They are faulty or fixed by cheap mechanics. They are just interested to make money and after sale/ customer service is not important to them at all. They also did not pay back my deposit as we agreed, thus they are ******* as well
