My daughter bought her first car....lots of excitement and lots of nerves too. Duval Strydom at Gys Pitzer Silverlakes was an absolute gem. He was patient and understanding and assisted her brilliantly. No ask was too much, for him. He explained things to her and us and had no problems with all our questions. True professional. They also have an amazing F&I lady, Henriette, who was just as patient and who assisted Casandra by explaining all things regarding finance, warranty plans, etc. My daughter is thrilled with her new wheels and the whole experience she has had at Gys Pitzer. We have already told Duval we will be back for our next car. Well done to Duval, Henriette and and Gys Pitzer Motors Silverlakes, job well done.
