Mercedes Benz GLA purchase experience

So I've been searching for vehicle for a while and came across this dealership in Pretoria, Gys Pitzer Motoring, Silverlakes. I'm from Cape Town, and as people from Cape Town you will know that vehicle prices in Cape Town are much more expensive than anywhere else in South Africa, hence I've decided to look outside Cape Town. Found the car that I love at this dealership for a really good price and before giving them a call I was a bit skeptic bacause I came across many other dealerships with also good prices but looking at the reviews they just put me off. However the many reviews of this dealership were good to start off with which led me to giving them a call.

Grant Aanhuizen, vehicle sales executive, attended to my call. Me not knowing much about buying a vehicle outside my area, he explained to me the process of how it works, and from there onwards it was such a pleasant journey. Everything was delt in a professional manner and everytime I needed to call him he'd always be available to attend to my call. I did the purchase, and thereafter the car was roadwothy'd, and then driven down to Cape Town, bare in mind, I fully paid for the vehicle trusting Grant to follow through with his side of the transaction (something I normally wouldn't think of doing) but he made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. He provided me the contact of the driver that was going to deliver my car to Cape Town, Hannes Fourie, who I corresponded with as the vehicle was in motion to its destination and wow, what a beautiful character to experience. Very friendly, helpful and can can make you laugh alot! I know you all think I'm praising this dealership or making this sound too good to be true haha, but honestly, its just my experience I've had. Anyhow, the vehice arrived in Cape Town, and I can tell you, the pics and vids sent to me didn't do the car justice. The car was just a beautiful site to see. From date of purchase to me having the vehicle was 2 working days, so no delays, no hiccups. So if you looking to purchase a vehicle and you come across something you like, just give them a call, you most probably will experience the same welcome I did.
