We had a tenical problem with the vehicle three weeks after we purchased it which reauired workshop repairs. Gys Pitzer Motors apologised for the problem and paid for the repairs to our satisfaction without any issues.

The admin process of the purchase ran off without a problem. The only insignificant probelm is that the admin process took longer than expected.
