I was aided by Mr Otto with a very warm welcome the first time me and my husband went on the look out for a car... Patiently opened each car we had interest in. He then ran us through the process of the purchase.. Guys I wish everyone at dealership would take example from him... I love him and would gladly go back there for more cars..
