I just want to say a big thanks to the after sales and support team and in particular Marcel. I had some issue after sales with the brakes on my new cruiser. They and he left no stone unturned in resolving it. Although it took more than one attempt they never gave up and made it my problem. They kept trying and I am happy to say it is now working very well. I must say thanks to Marcel and his management team for taking it on and fixing it.
