I bought a car from Gys Pitzer, and I have to say – the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the very first phone call to the moment I drove off the floor, everything went smoothly. A big thank you to Quentin, the salesperson, who truly went above and beyond to assist us. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions with ease, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. His professionalism and friendliness made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Carla, who helped us with the finance side of things, was equally amazing. She was extremely helpful, guided us through the paperwork, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was that even the staff who weren’t directly involved in our transaction made us feel welcome and at home. It’s rare to find such a warm and customer-focused atmosphere. Overall, it was an unbelievable experience – definitely a 10/10! Highly recommended.
