HORRIBLE SERVICE AT GYS PITZER MOTORS

The service at Gys Pitzer Motors is absolutely horrific. I purchased a vehicle from them in May 2020. Ever since, they have given me no joy. Apart from blatantly lying about the features of the vehicle, I have been battling for months to get the spare key from them. They took months to have a spare key delivered to me, and the spare key subsequently proved to be the key of another vehicle. I brought this to their intention and requested that the key be collected from me and that the correct key be delivered. They failed to do so with the result that I had to drive all the way to them to have the key delivered. Despite the escalation of the matter to management and empty promises that I will be provided with a spare key, I have still not received the key. The sales staff are completely *********** and they have no intention of rendering any service. I will never make use of their services ever again.
