Dealership shouting at their Customers
What a Joke. Where have you ever heard a dealership screaming & shouting at THEIR customer? Forcing one to put the phone down. Our company bought a car cash from the dealership & since the beginning the process has been a complete nightmare.
We have been trying to get the vehicles number plates for a month now, & they keep on asking me for a clear copy of an ID.
Now, being a company secretary & sitting on a Governing body (I kind of know how compliance works). Never did they inform me who's ID is unclear. I referred to my email sent, whereby I came to the following conclusion: Seems like this dealership doesn't know whats going on on the floor as they still sent me a response asking for an ID. (Even though confirming that the plates has been ordered)
I am shocked with the way A "Business Manager" speaks to their customers accusing me for attacking him, I asked a question (Why does a dealership need a Non-executive's ID)? Then Leon raised his voice at me telling me (BECAUSE HE IS THE PROXY). JUST BY THE WAY HOW CAN A CHAIRMAN OF OUR FINANCIAL COMMITTEE BE THE COMPANY PROXY?
Please make sure of your facts before raising your voice at me, not allowing me to even speak & forcing me to end the call.
Never in my life have I received such service.
Leon this is business, so please don't get personal.
I am sure the consumer act will correct me if I am wrong.
