Best After-sales Service

After having bought a lovely Mahindra XUV500 we were very happy. The car was and still is in excellent condition. We took it on the long road during the December holiday last year (2023) and had a wonderful, smooth drive to PE and back to PTA. We were sorely disappointed the week we arrived back in PTA to find that the entire clutch system needed replacing and we were not assisted or helped due to this being a "wear-and-tear" issue unrelated to the engine or any mechanical issues. We felt disheartened that the staff at Gys Pitzer Motors refused to compensate us in any way seeing that we had only had the car since November 2023 and only had the car for less than 3 months at the time. Shortly afterwards, Mullerine from Gys Pitzer reached out to us saying that Wynand (Gys Pitzer Wonderboom South branch) had looked at our case and agreed to help us, which they did not have to do. My wife and I have never experienced after sales service like this before. They changed what was a really bad experience and showed us exceptional service and customer care. The car has been fixed we are still very happy with it. I would recommend this company to anyone.
