Bad service, selling me a damaged Vehicle

I originally bought the vehicle through Gys Pitzer on the 07/10/2017

After 2 weeks I had to replace a timing chain and a thermostat housing and the brakes. Now keep in mind that this vehicle only had 50 000 km on the clock. Ask yourself how did they get it through the AA report with brakes that was skinning the metal disc ?

I was dissatisfied with the product and according to the CPA Section 55,56 I am allowed to cancel the contract if I am dissatisfied with the product, I was not informed of any damages to the vehicle.

Now I called Gys Pitzer and spoke to the Manager of the Lindo park Branch, after calling me names, he said that he will not cancel my contract and put me in the same position as I were before this transaction, which is against the CPA any way.

So I thought I will take this further, according to my contract I must lodge a complaint with Gys Pitzer, and they must acknowledge the complaint within seven days or resolve this complaint in 14 days. They did not even bother to call me after I sent this to the Manager at the Lindo Park branch.

After all this, I had more trouble with the car, I took it in to Renault Benoni (Lovely people) and now I have to wait 21 days for France to send me spare parts for the broken Alternator in the vehicle.

Now let me summarize all the damages : Broken Alternator Dead battery Broken thermostat housing Brakes Faulty timing chain

Now please explain this, how could they not have known of any of these damages. Not even two weeks after I bought the car. It has now been 2 months and still nothing from Gys Pitzner.
