Bad service

I bought a car at Gys Pitzer motors on the 30th of March 2022. Two weeks later I realised that the tyres were cracked and worn out. Of course I didn’t see them on the delivery day because the wr polished. I complained to the salesperson he told me he will speak to the manager of which he did. Couple of days later he called me and told me that the manager says I should come by. There I was thinking they going to change them, I got there the manager didn’t even speak to me nor see me. The only person I saw was the sales person DK and he told me that the manager said he’s still waiting for the boss’s input about the matter, they will call me. They wasted my time and Petrol. Two days later the salesperson DK called me to tell me that the boss said they not going to replace them because the vehicle passed road worthy test. So that means the tyres are in a good condition. So now am sitting with a car that am supposed to enjoy but am not course am sitting with a worry that any day now I could get a puncher because they are cracked and warn out and I will have to replace the tyre from my pocket. I am not happy with their service.
