Bad dealership ever

Hi Sir or Madam can you please kindly help my brother bought a vehicle from a dealership Gys Pitzer motors in Pretoria on Monday 7th of February 2022 on the 9th of February2022 the vehicle started to give him a problem and on the 10th of February 2022 it got stuck he contacted them regarding the problem thy asked the vehicle to be taken to Toyota shelly in Kwazulu Natal nearby where the vehicle got stuck the vehicle was diagnosed and toyota find that the problem was bearing which were fitted thr are pirates **** and and censors of of the vehicle are also a problem now the dealer GY Pitzer doesn't want to pay to fix the vehicle please help if you can thank you
