Amazing service and expectations exceeded in every step!

My experience with Gys Pitzer silver lakes and Grant was nothing short of exceptional. From the viewing to the close of the deal and even thereafter Grant went out of his way to ensure my needs were met.

When viewing the car, it was at another branch and he actually drove me to the branch so I could see the car.

I was fussy in that I needed the car before I went a long distance trip in a very short turn around time, and he had everything in order from his side to ensure the car was ready for me.

There were also a few things which I had requested to be done, including fixing of a small dent and removing the wrap - he ensured these were swiftly attended to at a time line that was in my best interests. In addition, he proactively gave me a loaner car and I was mind blown by the service.

All in all, I knew I was somewhat difficult as a client but Grant and the Gys Pitzer team were always a step ahead. Definitely would recommend Gys to anyone who's in the market for a car and would be more than happy to do business with them again.
