A very satisficed customer.

HI there. I bought a Honda Civic from Gys Pitzer Motors Silver Lakes. I am quite happy about the service that I received from them. How it all started. We where blessed with a baby girl on the 17 of April this year (2020) during the first stages of Lock Down. The vehicle we had, was a Polo Hatchback and was not suitable for all the goodies that comes with a baby. For example. If we put the pram in the car, then the car was full, if we took the pram out and put in the camping cot. Then once again, the car was full. So it came to pass that we would need a "bigger" vehicle. That is when I went to Gys Pitzer Motors Silver Lakes to enquire about a vehicle that was in our price range and suitable for baby's needs. The sales lady showed me all the options that was available to me and we fell in love with a Honda Civic Sedan. Then the avalanche started. Before I could wipe out my eyes, the polo was sold, the deposit was paid to Gys Pitzer Motors Silver Lakes and the following Tuesday we got the Honda. So now the camping cot, pram and luggage fits in the vehicle. We then went on a road trip to Bela Bela because my wife's grand parents did not yet meet their great grand child. While driving on a dirt road I heard something moving in the back of the vehicle. I then had a look when we got home on the Sunday too see what did make the noise, that is when I realized not all the parts for the "Jack" was in the vehicle. I phoned the sales lady and explained to her that there was something missing. To make a long story short, i got a brand spanking new jack with all its parts and I could not ask for better service.
