4 star sales, 1 star follow up.
Service before and during the sale was top notch. Was very pleased with that aspect. Service after the sale has been dismal at best. Dealership did follow through with all agreed upon terms at sale but after multiple calls and messages to get paperwork complete I'm still waiting on portions of this weeks after taking ownership of my vehicle. Dealership must learn that service before may make sales but service after builds customer relations and referrals.
