Closed down but accepting online payments

I ordered a product off of their website, completed a payment through PayFast to Gym Tech SA and received and order ticket via email. Four days later I had not heard from them again and wanted to know how long delivery would take, so I proceeded to email the company- only to receive no response. After some further digging I discovered the business had shut down about two years ago, but still has their website up and running and is clearly still accepting payments.
