Poor customer service it's *******

In 2019 I signed up for a gym contract with Gym24 in Umhlanga Park square when they were still building the the gym then Covid happened from 2019 they never debited my account without any explanation then now in 2021 March they decided to debit and communication what so ever I reversed next thing I'm getting call from attorneys saying I owe R7812. 32 I would like to know where the hell is that coming from cause you had my account for the entire year you decided not to debit then a year and fews months you debit without communicating with me I need this corrected ASAP IF THIS IS HOW YOU ****** MONEY FROM PEOPLE THEN NOT FROM ME and I have my bank account statement to prove it.
