GOOD SERVICE STILL EXISTS IN SA

I sent myMatrix bike in for repairs and the team consisting of Justin, Shanaaz, Riane and Ricky went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. My special thanks to you and your team for the wonderful job you did on repairing my bike, which I really love. Not only did you continiously give me updates, but it was just a delight speaking to anyone in your technical division. You were always upbeat and I could tell you were a happy bunch. I especially appreciate that you had to do some modification on my bike for it to work again andthat you kept me posted every step of the way. The extra time and effort you put in were certainly worthwhile. It was a joy for me to work with such dedicated service providers. Thanks again Shanaaz, Justine, Riane and Ricky.</p>
