No service in connection with order.
We have ordered on the 10th January 2018. On the 11th of January they mailed us saying that the order has been confirmed.
Normally it takes up to 30 working days to arrive. So far, no arrivals on our order. I've tried to phone them 3 times, they just put me on a machine, saying "your first in line as soon as a operator is available you will be put through". Then suddenly the phone dies in my ear after 6 minutes.
I've sent them mail, no reply.
